Orders can take up to 24 hours for processing (Weekends and Holidays are not included). You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be available from the shipping company.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund (if applicable) or store credit (less shipping and handling costs).

To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, merchandise must be returned with tags and original packaging in unused condition and sanitary liner intact and accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. Any item that is damaged or soiled cannot be returned.

FINAL SALES - All items marked as Clearance/Final Sale cannot be returned.

Costumes are not eligible for refunds. Costumes returned within 30 days of delivery date are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Customers who receive store credit will not be able access it through their account. Store credit is now redeemable as a Gift Card. Customers will receive their gift card code via email only. Please enter the code at checkout and click apply.

We collect Sales Tax for shipment to addresses in the State of California.

At Forplay we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through Paypal and Shop Pay. Select which of these you would like to use, then enter the credit card number, expiration date and CVV code. Entering your credit card information on our site is completely safe. Forplay is not responsible for lost or stolen goods upon delivery. Customers may email our Customer Service department (info@forplaycatalog.com) so that we can file a FedEx/USPS Claim. It usually takes up to 3 weeks for FedEx/USPS to process the claim. If the claim is approved, customer can either get a full refund or Forplay can ship the order again with signature required. If the claim is not approved by FedEx/USPS, customers will receive half of the Purchase Order amount as store credit and ALL FUTURE ORDERS will be shipped Signature Required. Please be advised FedEx/USPS Claims can only be opened within 30 days of the delivery date of the package.

Yes, you are emailed your tracking number once the order has been approved to ship, assigned a tracking number and handed over to the warehouse for shipment. Please note: Although your order has been marked shipped and you receive this email confirmation, please allow up to 48-72 hours for tracking information to be available.

We are unable to modify any order once it has been placed and sent to our warehouse for shipment. However, if your order has already been shipped and comes back to us as undelivered, a shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the credit amount on all unclaimed and undelivered orders.

In the order process, we will ask for the promotional code before you finalize the order, please apply the discount code at checkout. Make sure it is entered correctly. The system will deduct the discount from the purchase price before it is finalized. Special promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers and are not retroactive. Feel free to share with family and friends.
