Shipping: Forplay makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Some seasonal items, due to extreme popularity, may not be readily available. Most orders placed before 4pm ET. time will be shipped out same day (Monday through Friday). Please allow 5-7 business days for Standard US delivery. Shipping charges are subject to change. International Orders: International Delivery Customs and Import Duties - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Forplay does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Forplay is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes, if any, you may be required to pay. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Promotional Offers: Promos/discounts cannot be combined with other offers. If an order has been placed before/after a sale, price adjustments cannot be made.
30-Day Easy Returns and Exchanges
Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back the item you don't love within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange, refund (if applicable) or store credit (less shipping and handling costs).
Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
FINAL SALES - All items marked as Clearance/Final Sale cannot be returned.
Please return your purchase in an unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories intact. All items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Costumes are not eligible for refunds. Costumes returned within 30 days of delivery date are accepted for exchange or store credit only.
Please be advised that once returns are received back in our possession, it can take two weeks for processing. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Cancellations: No changes can be made to your order once it has been placed. You may not cancel, and/or modify your order once it has been submitted. If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, or if a package is returned due to and incorrect or insufficient address, customers will receive store credit (less shipping and handling) and an additional $5.95 charge for return shipping.

It is Forplay's policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number, or address to any third parties.
