Returns & Exchanges Policy
Costumes are ineligible for a refund. Costumes may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit or an exchange.
Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days, you will be unable to request a return for a refund (if applicable) or store credit. All items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Please ensure all returns are in unused condition, with original packaging, tags attached, and all accessories intact. Sanitary liners must also remain attached to the items. Returns that do not meet the return guidelines will be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Additionally, please include the packing slip inside the package to avoid processing delays.

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Please allow up to three weeks for processing once returns are received back in our possession. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
For hygienic reasons,we kindly request that underwear is worn when initially trying on your purchase.
Orders returned after 30 days are ineligible for a refund or store credit and will be shipped back to the customer. Items that are damaged, used, or do not meet return criteria are ineligible for a refund or store credit and will be shipped back to the customer
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

International Returns
International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Instant Exchanges
Instant exchanges are now available for all domestic customers.
When choosing Instant Exchange, your exchange order is created immediately upon entering your card information. A $1 hold will appear on your card, which will be released once the original product is in transit back to Forplay.
*If the original product is not returned within 14 days of placing the exchange order, the customer will be charged for the new order.*
