Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days, you will be unable to request a return for a refund or store credit.

Please return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging and tags still attached with all accessories intact. All sanitary liners must still be attached to the items or they will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. All items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Please print and place the packing slip inside the package. Failure to do so will result in a processing delay.

Once the label has been created, you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund or credit. After 14 days, the return label will expire and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new label.

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Costumes are ineligible for a refund. Costumes may be returned costumes within 30 days of delivery date for store credit or an exchange.

Orders returned after 30 days are ineligible for a refund or store credit and will be shipped back to the customer.

Please be advised that once returns are received back in our possession, it can take up to three weeks for processing. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

Items that do not meet the criteria for a return, damaged and/or used, will be denied and returned back to the customer.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact for more information.

Instant Exchanges
Instant exchanges are now available for all customers.

Customers who choose Instant Exchange will enter their card information, which creates their exchange order immediately and will receive an email stating the new order has shipped. A $1 hold will appear on the card. As soon as the original product is in transit back to Forplay, the $1 hold will disappear.

If the original product is not returned within 14 days of placing the exchange order, the customer will be charged for the new order.
