30-Day Easy Returns and Exchanges

Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back the item you don't love within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange, refund (if applicable) or store credit (less shipping and handling costs).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and for updating us with a tracking number.

FINAL SALES - All items marked as Clearance/Final Sale cannot be returned.

Please return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging and tags still attached, and all accessories intact. All sanitary liners must still be attached to the items or they will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. All items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Costumes are not eligible for refunds. Costumes returned within 30 days of delivery date are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Please be advised that once returns are received back in our possession, it can take up to three weeks for processing. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

For Halloween Exchanges ONLY:
If you need an item as soon as possible, we are urging our customers to place a new order for the same item in a different size, or a different item in equal or greater value. Once you place a new order, please return the item that is in your possession with tags attached and in new condition back to us. Please state on the return that a new order was placed for the same item in a different size. Please include the new order number as well. Once we receive your return (after processing time frame), we will issue a refund for the product as long as we see the item was repurchased.

**If the new item returned is LESS than the original, it will not be considered as a soft exchange and store credit will be issued for the return.
