Domestic Returns & Exchanges 

COSTUMES

Costumes are ineligible for a refund. Costumes may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit or an exchange ONLY.

LINGERIE & SWIM Lingerie and swim may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit, exchange, or refund.
FINAL SALE ITEMS Accessories and products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

 

Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days, you will be unable to request a return for a refund (if applicable) or store credit. All items returned after 30 days will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. Please use the company-issued return label for tracking and processing.

Please ensure all returns are in unused condition (new, unworn, and unwashed), with original packaging, tags attached, and all accessories intact. Sanitary liners must also remain attached to the items. Returns that do not meet the return guidelines will be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

For hygienic reasons, we kindly request that underwear is worn when initially trying on your purchase.

Please allow up to three weeks for processing once returns are received back in our possession. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

International Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are now available for all domestic customers. Please start the return process via our Returns Portal.

We are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders. International orders may be returned for store credit or refund (if applicable).

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or damaged item. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. 

To start a return for an incorrect/damaged item please begin the RETURN PROCESS. You will be prompted to select your reason for return and upload photos of the item you received with a description.

If you purchased Guide Package Protection with your order:

You may be eligible to have your order re-shipped or refunded due to the following reasons:

- Package was lost in transit
- Package was marked as delivered but is missing
- Package was stolen
- Package was damaged

If Guide Package Protection was not purchased with your order:

Forplay is not responsible for lost or stolen goods upon delivery.

Customers may email our Customer Service department so that we can file a FedEx/USPS Claim. It may take up to 3 weeks for FedEx/USPS to process the claim. If the claim is approved, customer can either get a full refund or Forplay can ship the order again with signature required. If the claim is not approved by FedEx/USPS, customers will receive the full amount of of the Purchase Order as store credit (minus shipping fees). Please be advised FedEx/USPS Claims can only be opened within 30 days of the delivery date of the package.

Fraudulent Actitivy

If we suspect any form of fraudulent activity—such as, but not limited to, claims that orders were placed but not received—or if we believe items are being returned after use or wear, or the returned items do not match the original order, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and restrict your account (and any associated accounts) from making future purchases. If this occurs and you believe we have made an error, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter further.
