Yes, we ship to PO Boxes. Please be advised PO box delivery is only available with Standard Shipping.

ForPlay makes every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders such as address changes, shipping changes, sizing changes, etc., once they are placed. Please make sure that all information is correct before placing an order.

All orders over $150 will be shipped with Adult Signature Required. You must be 21 years or older to accept the package

If your order has already been shipped and comes back to us as undelivered, a restocking fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the credit amount on all unclaimed and undelivered orders. Please contact customer support for undeliverable packages.

Guide Package Protection protects your order against loss, damage, theft, and more. In just a couple of clicks, you'll receive a refund or replacement for approved claims. To cover your order, make sure Guide Package protection is checked before you place your order at checkout. 

If you opt out of Guide Package Protection then Forplay is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

To open a claim for your Guide protected package, please email info@forplaycatalog.com with your order number and our customer service reps will guide you through the next steps.



Disputed Shipping

If we suspect any form of fraudulent activity—such as, but not limited to, claims that orders were placed but not received—or if we believe items are being returned after use or wear, or the returned items do not match the original order, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and restrict your account (and any associated accounts) from making future purchases. If this occurs and you believe we have made an error, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter further.
