ForPlay makes every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders such as address changes, shipping changes, sizing changes, etc., once they are placed. Please make sure that all information is correct before placing an order.
For security purposes we are unable to modify the shipping address in orders.
Some seasonal items, due to extreme popularity, may not be readily available. Most orders placed before 4pm ET. will be shipped out the same day (Monday through Friday).
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, nor Holidays. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
All orders over $150 will be shipped with Adult Signature Required. You must be 21 years or older to accept the package.
If your order has already been shipped and comes back to us as undelivered, a restocking fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the credit amount on all unclaimed and undelivered orders.
